Below is a list of our services. We do not list our prices because there are too many variables with each property that we inspect, so please call us for a quote. All our Home Inspections will include a 100 Day Warranty, Five Year Platinum Roof Warranty, One Year Structural Warranty, Mold Safe Warranty, Sewer Gard Warranty, and Recall Check on the included appliances and /or mechanicals.
We also offer additional services of Radon Testing, Mold Testing, Thermal Imaging and Termite Inspections. All these services will be discounted with every home inspection.
All Fire, Military and Police personnel will also receive a $50.00 discount.
FULL HOME INSPECTION:

MOLD INSPECTION:
Our mold inspection services provide a comprehensive assessment of your property to identify any potential mold issues. We use the latest technology to inspect your space and provide detailed reports of our findings. We will provide recommendations for mold removal and remediation to help keep your property healthy and safe. INFRARED INSPECTION
Our inspector will use a state-of-the-art infrared camera to find problems that aren’t always apparent to the naked eye. An IR camera translates the heat signatures of objects into colors on a gradient scale, with higher temperatures appearing as lighter colors, and lower temperatures and wet areas appearing as darker colors. By evaluating these images, our inspector can detect sources of energy loss, locate areas of moisture intrusion, pinpoint dangerous hot spots in the electrical system, and uncover other problems, such as wood-destroying pest and rodent infestations, as well as flue leaks in the chimney, which can lead to carbon monoxide poisoning.
MOLD SAFE WARRANTY INSPECTION

MONSTER FREE INSPECTION: Free
Moving to a new home can be stressful for children too. That’s why I offer a Monster-Free Inspection. Your child can accompany me while I inspect under their bed, under the stairs, in the closet, and anywhere else they want so I can assure them that there aren’t any monsters.
